“Kyrgyz Cognac” is the largest cognac producer in the Kyrgyz Republic, widely known not only in the republic itself, but also abroad. The half-century history of our company is a way of creative mastering of domestic and foreign experience of winemaking, constant increase in output and introduction of the most advanced technology.

The only production facility for Kyrgyz cognacs occupies 1.7 hectares of land, it has basements and ground facilities that allow to produce cognacs using classical technology with the use of oak barrels and bottles for aging cognac alcohols and cognacs.

At the moment, the production process of the “Kyrgyz Cognac” company is put on a qualitatively new level, corresponding to the time and power of the company: the latest technologies, modern equipment, the work of experienced and best specialists -technologists.

Bottling and external design of cognacs is carried out on Italian automatic equipment, producing 3 thousand bottles per hour. More than 14 types of cognac, several types of brandy and cognac drinks are bottled on the modernized line of the “Kyrgyz Cognac” company

Strong drinks bottling shop was put into operation in 2008. New types of products were developed and put into production: “Cedar on cognac”, “Coffee on cognac”, “Cherry on cognac”, “Chocolate on cognac”.

The “Arashan” balsam is produced according to a unique recipe. In 2014, the “Kyrgyz Cognac” company presented the “Altyn Muras” (“Golden Heritage”) collection: Brandy “Old Town”, “Frunze”, “Pishpek”, “Southern Capital”. Brandy is produced according to a special recipe and brings a true pleasure in every sip. Only for connoisseurs of strong drinks.

Vineyards of the “Kyrgyz Cognac”

The “Kyrgyz Cognac” LLC is reviving the acquired vineyards in a former state farm Ala-Too, now Kara-Jygach village. Grown grape varieties: Rkatsiteli, Bayan-Shire, Plavay.

The “Kyrgyz Cognac” factory production shops

Both the first and the second distillation are carried out in a special distillation apparatus, the so-called “Charente” distillation cube (alambic charentais). Traditionally, it is made of copper, because this metal is resistant to the influence of tartaric acids.

Aging

Cognac is aged in oak barrels from 3 to 25 years and more. The material from which the barrels are made is of particular importance. Cognac contains about 500 components, and in very old – more than 2000. And they all turn into alcohol from oak.

Bottling

It is worth to note that absolutely all parts of units that contact with the product, are made of those materials, the use of which is allowed in the food industry. Cases of bottling equipment are made of Italian stainless steel susceptible to corrosion and other environmental influences, their operation is completely safe.

Mechanization of technological processes, high production culture, specialists’ professional skills ensure production output in accordance with world standards for cognac.
